HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
I ship on Wednesday's, Mercury's day.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Returns are not accepted due to customer error or change of mind, if your piece occurs damage please contact me and we can organise a repair.
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
There is a 6 month warranty on all pieces.
I will replace or repair any item that contains a fault that is proven to be due to the nature in which it was made. I assess each item to determine the cause of the fault and proceed accordingly.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept payment methods covering Credit, Debit, Google Pay, Paypal and Afterpay.
CAN I CREATE A CUSTOM ORDER?

CAN I RESIZE MY RINGS?
I resize only bespoke pieces and never talismans, I can resize up to 2 sizes up or down from the original size.
The resizing fee is up to $50 plus postage costs worldwide. Please contact us at psychicdesert@gmail.com to organise a resize.
HOW IS TIDES OF TETHYS JEWELLERY MADE?
Each piece has originally been carved form wax and then cast into metal through the traditional lost wax casting or sand casting process. Gemstones are then individually set by hand and polished. Due to the handmade nature of the products, each ring and it's natural gemstone hues may differ slightly to the product images.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELLERY?
Over time, sterling silver and gold jewellery often develops a patina; which looks like darkened areas on your jewellery. You can use a treated polishing cloth or clean it with regular household items, I have located easy, step by step cleaning instructions.

Water will not harm your jewellery but avoid harsh cleaners like bleach and aviod swimming in your jewellery. Be especially careful with jewellery containing Opals and Pearls.
Oxidised and patina finishes cannot be cleaned as this will wear away the surface area exposing the bright silver underneath.
