She was made in accordance with the image described in the \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cem\u003e\u003cspan\u003eLiber Sigillorum\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cspan\u003e for the Moon: \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cem\u003e\u003cspan\u003ethe image of a half-woman, half-fish, holding a mirror in one hand and a branch in the other.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSet within her belly is an 8 × 10 mm A-grade mother-of-pearl, a gemstone ascribed to the Moon.
